like an overwhelming proposition. There are so many moving pieces, where
should you start? A coach can help you find that starting place.
Some of the things I do as your coach:
Confidential, one on one, coaching calls take place either over Zoom or in person. We meet for 30-45 minutes once a week initially. As you gain momentum, we’ll move to meeting every other week.
You will need a quiet, private location with a good internet connection and a pen and paper for notes.
Video sessions via Zoom:
Foundation session (60-90 minutes) to review history and establish goals: $150
Five follow up sessions (30-45 minutes): $375
In Person Sessions, Franklin Park office:
Foundation session: $170
Five follow up sessions (30-45 minutes): $475
Additional travel fees apply within the surrounding area.
