ake your brain to the PQ gym! Mental fitness is the key to dealing with
life’s stresses without getting thrown off track.

If you could change your life with a 2 minute practice, would you do it?
What is Mental Fitness?
Mental fitness
is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage)
versus the negative (Saboteur).
Saboteurs are the voices in your head that
react to challenges in ways that generate negative emotions such as stress, disappointment, self-doubt, regret, anger, shame, guilt or worry. They sabotage your potential for both happiness and performance. Click on the image

The
Sage handles challenges through positive emotions like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action. The relative strength of the positive Sage versus the negative Saboteurs is called
Positive Intelligence® Quotient (PQ) Research with 500,000 participants has shown PQ to be the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential.

How it works:
Daily
Practice
15 minutes/day of app-guided practice enables you to
establish mental muscles (neural pathways). These exercises are bite-sized
to fit your busy schedule and customized based on how you self-sabotage.
Weekly Focus
Weekly hour-long video
delivers deep experiential exploration of the week’s focus. You’ll feel
inspired and energized to practice during the week in order to sustain the
benefits experienced during the video sessions.
Measurable Progress
You’ll feel
motivated through instant feedback on the app showing exactly how much
progress you’re making towards building the 3 core muscles of mental
fitness. Brain rewiring may be visible in MRI imaging within 8 weeks.
Community Support
You’ll be part of
a support and accountability group with other program participants. Research
has shown this to be a critical success factor for establishing lasting new
positive habits of the mind.
What People are saying:
I'll admit that I was skeptical when I first signed up to the PQ program. I
didn't need to make any big lifestyle changes, I joined because a friend
had mentioned it. When I started my diet was okay, my exercise program
was alright, my sleep was fine and I'd also managed to maintain pretty
good social connections with friends and family during the multiple
lockdowns. Given that I was already in a pretty good place with
regards to my health this short program completely surprised me. I've
been able to make improvements to my diet and exercise routines (and
kept them in place for the last 6 months), my sleep has improved, I've
stopped drinking alcohol (this was a big one for me, as I knew that my
social drinking sometimes got out of hand) and I'm even more focused on
keeping in touch with friends and family. While I'm very happy with
these physical changes, by far the biggest bonus has been to my mental
health. I'm noticeably calmer, I make better decisions and I
feel much happier. Understanding and managing my saboteurs has been a
game changer for me and I love how efficient the program is. As a
working parent I don't have hours every day to spend on my mental
health, but I do have a couple of minutes a few times during the day and
that's all it takes. –Laura K.
I went into the 7 week PQ program
not knowing what to expect and feeling stressed about adding "more work"
to my schedule even though I thought it sounded interesting! Even after
just several weeks of practicing the basics I was very pleasantly
surprised by being able to sleep more soundly, and on the rare occasion
when I would wake up, I used PQ reps to get right back to sleep. I also
had a noticeable decrease in negative thinking throughout the day, which
in turn led to feeling more positive, happy, grounded and definitely
less stressed. This amplified positive mindset was an amazing gift and
pivotal when facing some serious personal challenges, the least of which
was selling and moving without a place to live, in the middle of the
program. Navigating significant obstacles, major life transitions and
daily life stressors became an opportunity to "test" the PQ material and
practice and gave me insight as to how effective it truly was when I was
able to stay calm, present and positive! I've been
procrastinating less and even am enjoying some of the tasks that I had
previously put off. I even decided to tackle a bigger project with zest,
feeling like I am making decisions and taking action with more
discernment, more creativity and more enthusiasm than ever before. The PQ Program, the community support and the App made it structured
enough to experience shifts fairly quickly, and it is a habit and
lifestyle I am excited to continue with for years to come. –Christina M
