I know from
experience what it is like to have health challenges sweep the rug out from
under your feet. To lose confidence in yourself.
I never imagined that I would come out the other side feeling healthier and stronger, that I would find the answers to other health challenges that had always plagued me, and that in the process I would develop new mindfulness practices that would deepen my connection to others and the world.

My background is in science, education, and behavior change.
My science background allows me to help people understand the science behind their medical challenges.
My teaching and behavior modification expertise from my dog training career helps me to explain things clearly and allows me to help people with finding small, achievable first steps and the motivation to implement them.
My own experience as a patient seeing ten different doctors in a year seeking a diagnosis allows me to empathize with clients who are working their way through the medical system.
My training as a coach allows me to recognize clients’ unique strengths and capabilities and help enlist those qualities on their journey back to full health.
